Frequently asked questions
How much does this service cost?
Pricing depends on the number of posts, shifts (day, night or 24 hours), the site’s risk level and any extras such as dogs, radios or a patrol vehicle. We price after a free site survey and send a clear monthly quotation, usually within one business day.
Are your officers PSRA registered?
Safezone Protect operates under the Private Security Regulation Act, 2016. Our officers are vetted, trained and registered as the law requires, and we share the relevant documents with clients on request.
What happens if an officer is absent or sick?
The control centre sees every sign-in live. If an officer does not report, a relief officer from the nearest office is sent, so your post is never left empty.
Do you work outside Nairobi?
Yes. Besides our Nairobi head office we have regional offices in Nakuru, Eldoret, Kisumu and Bungoma, which supervise sites in the surrounding counties.
Are we covered if something goes wrong?
Yes. Safezone provides indemnity of up to KES 2,000,000 per event for losses caused through the negligence of our officers, in line with the terms of your contract.
